How do I find out more about becoming a Christian/the Bible/God?

Remember and Respond

Exodus 13v1-16

God gave the Israelites instructions to remember what He had done for them.  The observance in Exodus 13 was to be kept each year so that they wouldn’t forget throughout the generations by telling the next that they “do this because of what the Lord did for [them] when [they] came out of Egypt.”  We should use the same principal to remember that we don’t go to church each Sunday out of ritual, but to remember that Christ died and is risen and through his blood we receive salvation, and to remember that is the truth by which we live every part of our lives.
