As a new ‘term’ starts at Legacurry, there’s a lot happening!

Sunday
Morning service at 11.00am and Evening Service at 6.30pm. Details of each service can be found on our website.
Sunday School – starts on the 11th of September and is for children from Nursery to Primary 7. Sunday School is held at the same time as our morning worship service.
Bible Class – starts on the 11th of September and is for children in Form 1 and upwards. Bible Class starts at 10.00a.m in the church halls.

Monday
EveryWoman – is our monthly women’s meeting and starts on the 5th of September at 8.00pm. If you would like to speak to someone about Everywoman then please contact Ruth Montgomery on 02892 675811.
Women’s Institute – meets on the third Monday of each month and starts on the 19th of September at 8.00pm. If you would like to speak to someone about the Women’s Institute then please contact Irene McKeown on 02892 638479.
Table Tennis Club – meets weekly in the church hall and starts on the 3rd of October. They welcome players of all abilities and none! Each meeting runs from 7.00pm to 10.00pm. If you would like to speak to someone about the Table Tennis Club then please contact Joe Crawford on 02892 675850.
Youth Home Groups – are fellowship and Bible study groups geared to enable young people to engage with God’s word. Two groups meet on alternate Monday evenings – Teenage Girls led by Michelle Thompson (07743 431312) and Lynsey Murtagh (07900 200238) – Teenage Boys led by David Allen (07754 711443). Groups meet from 7.30pm-9pm.

Tuesday
Bowling Club – meets weekly in the church hall and starts on the 13th of September. They welcome players of all ages and abilities for fun and fellowship. Bowls start at 7.30pm. If you would like to speak to someone about the Bowling Club then please contact David Hunter on 02892 667419
Youth Home Groups – the Late Teens / Early Twenties group led by Stephen and Kathryn Kerr (07789 765665) meet on alternate Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm-9pm.

Wednesday
Girls’ Brigade – the company starts a new year on the 13th of September. There are several different sections who meet as follows:
Explorers 1 – (Girls aged 3 – P1) – 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
Explorers 2 – (Girls aged P2 – P4) – 6.30 p.m. to 7.45 p.m.
Juniors (Girls aged P5 – P7) – 6.30 p.m. – 7.45 p.m.
Seniors (Girls Year 8 – Year 10) – 7.30 p.m. – 9.00 p.m.
Brigaders (Girls Year 11+) – 7.30 p.m. – 9.00 p.m.

Thursday
2nd Thursday Club – is an opportunity for fellowship and growing through God’s word. The group meet on the second Thursday of each month, starting on the 8th of September at 2.30pm. Thursday Morning Fellowship – this group meet for Bible study and a cup of tea on the first and third Thursday mornings of each month. The group starts on the 15th of September at 10.30 a.m. Again, ideal if you If you have difficulty attending evening meetings. Friday
Parents & Toddlers – warmly invites all parents, grand-parents, minders and carers to the church hall every Friday morning between 10.00 a.m and 12.00 p.m, starting on the 9th of September. A chance for a chat and a cup of tea while the children play in a safe and creative environment. Boys’ Brigade – the company starts a new year on the 16th of September. There are several different sections who meet as follows:
