Legacurry Church project to drill Water Wells in Ivory Coast
Our team , consisting of Ben Abraham, Andrew Brown, Jamie Dickson, Richard McAleer, Nathan Reid and Robert McCullagh is preparing for our well drilling project in Ivory Coast and has met a couple of times with Mark Collier and Mike McClean from Friends in Action.
The project will run DV from 13-28 February 2026.
The sites in central Ivory Coast where we are likely to be providing wells include:
HG Zuenoula General Hospital.
HG Gohitafla General Hospital.
Bongofla village
Baptist Church Plant – Zuenoula
HG Zuenoula General Hospital.
It’s hard to understand but even the hospitals in this area don’t have a regular clean water supply and patients often have to find and bring their own water! You can search for the sites on Google Earth!
A couple of dates for your diaries, for fundraising events:
· 24 hour marathon sponsored cycle on 8 November
· Pre-Christmas tractor run Saturday 29 November ( details TBC)
