This Saturday, the 22nd of October, we would love you to help us raise some funds for our friends in Burkina Faso by coming along to our Supper & Social.
As a church we’ve been supporting mission work in this part of Africa for over a decade. Next month, another of our teams will be going to continue this partnership. They will be helping to change the lives of some of the world’s poorest people by drilling wells to provide fresh water and working with the children in local orphanages and schools.
To support the team we’re having a fundraising supper and social in the church hall, this Saturday at seven o’clock. Apart from the legendary Legacurry two-course supper, we’ll have a great night of entertainment provided by Eternity Socials. This promises to be a fabulous night of fun and games for all the family and we would love you to be there!
So – how do I get in and how much does it cost? Well – everyone is invited, especially if you are a visitor – turn up and we’ll find you a seat and a plate! This is a fundraising night for a great cause and we’re suggesting that a donation of £12 for adults and £6 for children would be great. However, please don’t let money put you off – please come along and give as you are able.
All donations will be gratefully and anonymously received.
