Having considered the latest directions received from PCI the Covid Team and Kirk Session has agreed the following:

Church
Hand sanitizing, masks for entry/exit and singing still in place.
Booking for Services and Sunday School will stop from Sunday 6 March, except for Block D which will remain socially distanced and must be booked through Helen by Thursday morning.

To maintain some distancing between households coloured cards will be placed in each pew.  First into the pew should place a card on the seat beside them to keep a distance between themselves and the next person/household to sit in the pew.

We will no longer use the Main Hall for worship but plan to stream the service to the Old School Room where people may sit more socially distanced than in the meeting house.

The Minor Hall may be used by parents and children under 3 years old while we work on restoring the creche.

Children
We aim to eventually bring all children back into the morning service, but for now we plan to do this on a rota basis.  The children coming into church each week should come to the front pew or raised the platform at the front and sit as socially distanced as possible.  After a short children’s time they will be taken out to their class by their teachers.   All other children should go to their classes as usual from the start.  See rota below –

Sun 6 Mar P6-Yr8
Sun 13 Mar P3-5
Sun 20 Mar P1-2
Sun 27 Mar Pre-School class

From 6 March Sunday School will meet in the following rooms:

Preschool-P2 Main Hall
P3-P5 Youth Hall
P6-Y8 Upstairs Room

Tea/coffee after morning service
It was agreed not to restore this as yet but review in the middle of March.
